As the Ninety organization continues to experience exceptional growth, we are looking to bring on a Client Success Manager (CSM) who is specifically responsible for helping our clients achieve their goals. This is accomplished by instructing clients on best practices, advising how they should be connecting various aspects of their business using the software. The Client Success Manager reports to the CSM Team Lead, working in collaboration with other CSMs, Onboarding Specialists and Live Support Specialists to provide exceptional client services.

 

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Experience working in Client Success, or a similar client-facing role with a SaaS product
  • Exceptional telephone and email skills with an ability to delight over various mediums.
  • Experience in, or are excited to work in an early-stage environment
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in Ninety’s tools, the system and our vision.
  • Work within your Growth Pod to help drive adoption, expansion and retention efforts with your portfolio (managed clients).
  • Monitor your portfolio’s (~500 companies) KPIs, including adoption, engagement, and other key metrics to ensure clients are maximizing value.
  • Use KPIs and other success or risk indicators to identify clients in need of attention and areas of opportunity for adoption or expansion.
  • Identify opportunities for group learning with the Education team or resources.
  • Act as the voice of the client to improve the effectiveness of our internal teams by providing feedback to product, marketing, CS, partnerships, and education
  • Get to know your client’s business to help work within their unique organization to ensure they can become a best-in-class client with Ninety.

  • 15+ client calls per week
  • Exceptional reviews from the clients you work with
  • Retain 90%+ of your clients
  • Drive weekly expansion with your portfolio, identifying and encouraging opportunities
